Program Tiers
Two Tiers, Built on Volume
Standard Tier
Up to $499,999 in closed project volume per calendar year.
Partner Tier
$500,000+ in closed project volume per calendar year, maintained with 10% year-over-year growth in sales.
Commission terms are negotiated individually with each builder and documented in a written agreement, accessible anytime through your Builder Portal.
