What should I consider on a windy lakeside lot?

Orientation and screening matter as much as the structure itself. We position the pergola or cabana to block the prevailing exposure and can add retractable screens or shades on the open sides.

Can a spa be used through the winter?

Spas are built for year-round use in cold climates, and we plan the surround, access path, and electrical with winter use in mind so the walk out to it is realistic in February.

How far ahead should I book?

Earlier is better. Product lead times and the length of our build season mean spring and summer slots fill well in advance, so planning over the winter gives you the most schedule flexibility.
